About us

The NNPC-KRPC Staff Multipurpose Co-operative Society is a financial savings organization formed under the umbrella of Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Company a subsidiary of Nigeria National Petroleum Company in Kaduna State, Nigeria for the purpose of providing savings, training, investment and financial security for interested members within the organization.

The Society was registered on 17th April 1998 and commenced operations in September 1998 with initial membership strength of 110 which have now risen to 1,291 members over years.

The objectives of the Society are:

• To encourage and promote the habit of savings for the members by accepting savings and deposit from them.
• To grant short (Financial Assistance) and long term loans to members for productive purposes and emergency cases.
• To engage in property development to meet members demand for accommodation and to provide same for the public on rental basis.
• Construction and Management of MEGA filling Stations.
• To invest in Micro Finance bank.
• To own an Ultra modern Nursery, primary and secondary schools.
• To invest in Agriculture, Industry, Commerce and Mines.
• To harness all available resources within the Cooperative movement for the overall benefit of its members and to undertake such other work as will promote the cause of cooperation.
